Salicylic acid: A salicylic acid wash may be perfect for you. If you've actually got acne lesions, topical benzoyl peroxide and/or topical retinoic acid are your best friends. They're not pleasant but they'll probably work. If they don't clear you, your physician can add medication that will. Best wishes.
