No: Breast feeding does not transmit chlamydia.

Not from the milk: If the kid was born while you had chlamydia it could acquire the germ as a nasty eye infection or pneumonia. It would likely have been picked up & treated before that happened. Beyond that exposure your baby has little to worry about.
