Marijuana is consumed in many ways, and through metal pipes, ceramic pipes, regular old fashioned corncob pipes, aluminum foil pipes are just some of the ways. There is no particular danger to any one of them beyond the dangers of smoking marijuana, which are variable, depending on quality of marijuana, your age etc.
