Whaaaa???: 23 and getting old? I better start looking for a retirement home.... Seriously, your notion that cancer is more common as we age is correct but cancer can also strike young folks, even kids. My advise, live healthy (eat well, exercise, avoid tobacco and excess alcohol, practice safe sex) and keep your age and risk appropriate screenings. Talk to your doc about this.
