Vaginal?: Your doctor can test for this. Yeast can present with clumpy, white vaginal discharge to a watery, white discharge. Sometimes a discharge is not apparent. There is no odor. It can cause swelling and redness of vulva along with itching and burning pain. It may lead to pain with urination or intercourse.

White plaques: You would generally see white patches (plaques) on your tongue or the lining in your mouth or throat that do not wipe off with a cotton swab or cloth. You might also have a sore throat or hoarse voice. If these are concerns i would consult a doctor.
