Hematospermia: Tell your physician about this on your next physical exam. Blood in the semen is almost never a health concern and seldom gets explained. I believe it's the result of a little hemangioma that develops in a seminal vesicle. A normal physical exam should be enough to rule out anything worrisome. Get used to being a "novelty item" and reassure any partners. Best wishes.
