A few things: Unlikely that you're pregnant again, but i would check a home pregnancy test to be sure. If negative, then it's normal to have no period following surgical abortion for 5 weeks. I typically tell pts their period will come 3-6 weeks following abortion. You can consider birth control pills to regulate cycle if that's a concern. Otherwise, give it a little more time for period to come.

Many possibilities: You could be pregnant even if he didnt "cum" in you. Get retested.
