No: Topical an esthetics are not detected by standard drug testing.

Unlikely: However, one topical anesthetic is cocaine. The only physicians I have ever seen use it are ENT surgeons. So no, you can't fail a drug test from topical anesthesia unless the anesthetic used was cocaine.
