Known complication: There should be no bleeding after circumcision assuming procedure was correctly because surgeons have cauterized or tied off any bleeding vessels before sewing 2 skin edges together. However, a small blood vessel, in spasm when the foreskin is removed, & thus not bleeding & invisible, can recover from spasm & start bleeding. Consult your urologist who should take care of problem if still bleeding.
