Floaters: Are not considered serious, unless you see a stream or veil of floaters coming down. In that case, it is emergent, and you need to go your nearest ER as your retina might be detaching. But just having a few squiggles our lines is benign. See your eye doctor to be sure!

Likely Floaters: It's possible you are seeing floaters in your visual field, particularly if they're seen in daylight while looking at a bland backdrop, like a sky or white wall. The floaters should not block or affect visual acuity.Or if your linear squiggly lines have a building, perhaps curvilinear pattern that shimmers or has a sawtooth or klaidescopic appearance disturbing vision with/without pain: ?Migraine.
