Yes: There are a number of permanent changes after pregnancy. For example, breast tissue doesn't fully mature until you are pregnant the first time. But after the first pregnancy, it is always able to produce milk. Another example is the cervical opening. Prior to first pregnancy it is round. After pregnancy it is elongated. Its possible to tell if you given birth. There are many such changes.
