A member asked:

I know you can use condoms but do natural ones work?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Natural condoms: Natural condoms (lambskin, others) are effective for pregnancy protection, but can still allow smaller viruses and bacteria through, so should not be used to protect against stds, including hiv. There are other synthetic rubber non-latex condoms (durex bare, lifestyle skyn, others) available if you want/need to avoid latex.
