What's the best way to treat tubal disease?

No: I am assuming you are asking : how to prevent tubal pregnancy. Some times endometriosis can cause some scar tissue around the fallopian tube and prevent smooth traveling/ passing of egg into the uterus and then tubal pregnancy occurs. Prenatal/ pre pregnancy exam with your OB is a very good thing to do.

Various ways: In your age group, the most common recommendation would be to take antithyroid drugs (methimazole) to control the hyperthyroidism. After 6 months, one could see if you have gone into remission so that you could discontinue the med. If if hasn't gone away by up to 2 yrs of treatment, we would recommend radioiodine treatment or surgery to ablate the thyroid.

Eat less/exercise mo: The secret to a long healthy life is daily exercise(walking is good) and eating healthy so that your weight is normal. Healthy foods are those which are low in fat and refined sugars. So avoid all fried foods and rich deserts and sugary drinks. Allergies?: I assume you mean Allergies. It depends on what kind of allergies we are talking about. For most kinds the best thing to do is avoiding the inciting agent. Also can get allergy testing to find out what you are allergic to. Antihistamines for the most part are useful.

Many people: Follow the wisdom of the late linus pauling and take large doses of vitamin c. Trouble with that is that you get diarrhea. I take several doses of echinacea but there is not a satisfactory answer to your question. Every cold is different.
