Could be implant: I do not want to frighten you but bleeding at this point could by the result of a zygote (union of egg and sperm) attempting to burrow into the lining of the uterus. You should refrain from alcohol and other dangerous behaviors until you have either had your period or know the result of pregnancy testing.
