Exercise and diet: Good health, including daily exercise and a low fat , low salt diet can help. Also, talk to your doctor about what the blood pressure readings are and what they were before you started the Depo Provera (medroxyprogesterone) shot. You cannot have the medication removed, but given your young age, high blood pressure needs to be evaluated by a doctor.
