Are there diet changes that would help cure psoriasis?

No.: First of all, there is no "cure" for psoriasis - not yet, anyway. We have many effective methods of controlling it, but diet, unfortunately, is not one of them. The only dietary factor that is known to influence psoriasis is alcohol, which will make it markedly worse in most cases.
