Whoa!: First, congratulations. Second, vaginal delivery if there are no complicating factor is much safer overall than c-section, talk with your doctor about it. Third, there is nothing about icsi that says you should or should not have a vaginal birth. Congrats again on your success, have a good talk with your obstetrician about birth options.
