Facial glands: It sounds like you are seeing the normal glands and open pores in the face. These are normal and will always secrete a white fluid if you squeeze them because the are attached to the glands. Try not to focus on them and if you are using a magnifying mirror please put it away...You are seeing normal glands.You can wash with any gentle facial cleanser.
