Must wait: A true pregnancy has no symptoms until the fetus is big enough to be sharing blood with the mother, about fourteen days after conception. It is too soon to test. And physicians will never, ever guess when it comes to diagnosing pregnancy. If the period does not start on time then the next morning will be the time to do a pregnancy test.
