Tough question: Your question is difficult to answer because it's unusual (not bad, unusual). I wonder if the clicking could actually be from your hip, but is radiating to the vaginal area. What type of exercise triggers it and is it an actual sensation of twitching (actual movement) or a sound that you feel or hear? Can you post again with more info?
