See doctor: That sounds like a lot of pain. It's possible that you have a diagnosis of endometriosis if you have lots of heavy periods with clots and pain. An ultrasound can detect whether or not the popping pain in ovary could be due to a cyst. I'm sorry you're going through this. Birth control is often first line treatment, especially for someone your age, but see a doctor for other options as well.
