Inconsistent info: Urine culture does not detect blood. If urine culture was negative for bacterial growth, the "white small shredded like stuff" is likely to be mucus and not something to be concerned about. If you do have blood in urine and it was not contamination from menstrual blood, it needs to be evaluated by your doctor.
