Not sure: This is a very delicate situation and I am not sure how we can help in the internet. Any healthy man who does not want to touch his wife's vagina may not be heterosexual and probably needs therapy. But, that may not be safe for you to bring up in conversation. Perhaps he needs a good safe psychotherapist to discuss his sexual feelings and his aversion to touching you.
