Probably not: If you have a normal, regular cycle, which it sounds like you do, i think it's doubtful that having protected intercourse the day before your expected period has made you pregnant. The normal window for getting pregnant is days 13-15 of your cycle if you have a normal 28 day cycle, so you were likely not ovulating on the 25th. If you had sex around days 13-15 then you might want to take a test.
