Yes: Did you see the spider? This is something you need to seek medical attention for, doubt it was related to spider bite.

See a dermatologist: Unless you clearly saw and felt the spider, then took it for identification, you have something else. This does not describe a spider bite. Not even close. Also you may not actually have hives. Indicate a need for immediate attention when you call. Meanwhile continue hydrocortisone. Use Benadryl (diphenhydramine) as a sleeping pill and nothing else.
