Urination problems: Dark brown urine is unrelated to the spinal cord stimulator or the anesthesia. I would consult with your surgeon or primary medical doctor to obtain a urinalysis and determine the cause of the urine discoloration.

Possible infection: The SCS trial is the least likely cause of your symptoms. Many things affect the color and odor of your urine. Some are foods and others could be more serious like infection or kidney or liver disease. Your PCP should be consulted and he will do a thorough exam as well as get a lot more history than we are getting here to make the correct diagnosis.
