Vaginal pain: I would recommend seeing a doctor to get evaluated. There is a possibility that you might have a local infection and if at risk, you should be tested for stds just in case. Hope that helps.

See gynecologist: You may just have a bad yeast infection but it could be something else like trichomonas or even worse gonorrhea or chlamydia you definitely may want to see a gynecologist.
