Last date of period 27th march, how long before i can test a urine dip pregnancy test? if pregnant how many weeks would i be?

Need more time/ info: Urine dipstick can be positive within a week of missing period. We need to know normal period pattern ( expected date of period). If pregnant, the gestation is counted from first day of last cycle(27th march here).
