Leave it alone...: The lump in epididymis usually is a painless, nontender cyst, which is common and carries no clinical significant, although it may increase in size over time. All what you have to do is make it is not inside testis, and continue testicular self-examination after proper professional instruction. If in doubt, see doc timely. Without physical exam, i cannot tell what it really is as what mentioned.
