The pundendal nerve: Is the main nerve in the perenium, the area between the legs. It has branches that can cause sensation in the rectum, scrotum, penis, etc. One way to entrap this nerve is bike riding. Please see your doc so that you can get a diagnosis or exclude this. Peace and good health.
