Possible BV: Bacterial vaginosis, or bv, is a bacterial infection of the vagina. Symptoms include a fishy smelling discharge, though it is no always white. It can be diagnosed by a swab of the vagina, and is easily treated with topical antibiotics. White discharge is also associated with vaginal yeast infections, but does not always smell fishy.
