i have a yeast infection and my boyfriend and i have been performing oral sex on each for a while now. would that give us throat cancer or harm us?

No: Yes or genital candida will not cause cancer. If there is an active hpv infection then this can lead to squamous ca of the oral cavity. If the male is circumsized, hpv infections will not be transmitted sexually. When a pap smear is performed the hpv status is reported.
