Antiobiotics: Iv antibiotics are the first line approach, usually levaquin, (levofloxacin) if organism is unclear. Most of community aquired pneumonia is pneumococcal, sensitive to this antibiotic. If patient does not need to be hospitalized, oral antibiotics are satisfactory.
