How long do a court order dna test take and if you eat or drink 10 minutes before a dna test is the test okay to take?

Legal help: For the best of my knowledge the court order might take about 3 month. It is advised not to eat, drink or smoke about 30-40 min before the test.

Many weeks: Dna tests are normally something that take several weeks, but with the court systems, it may take substantially longer. If they are taking a dna swab from the oral cavity, you want to make sure you haven't drunk any water for about 30 minutes. Otherwise, it is more difficult to be sure and get viable cells with the swab.
