NOT a D.I.Y. project: There are successful treatments of bleeding peptic ulcers with endoscopic ethanol but this is not a procedure to be done for yourself. It is not the kind of alcohol used for drinking. And, not to be a party pooper, but it would be a very good idea to limit drinking to as close to none as you can at least until the ulcer is well healed. Smoking is also irritating your cells. Enjoy yourself later.
