No: No it does not. Your period is related to your ovulation cycle. However, the irritation and friction caused by sex might make your period 'show' a bit sooner but not by much. Stimulation of your nipples might cause uterine cramps a bit sooner. If your period is regular, you should notice it by your own schedule regardless of sexual activity.
