Need more info!: There are too many causes of dizziness to go through here. If it is very bothersome, then you should see a health care provider. Since it has been going on this long, then i might see one anyway. Make some notes before you go (or ask another question containing info) about associated symptoms (hearing loss, ringing in ears, nausea), what positions cause the dizziness, the timing or it, etc...
