Do you have any tips for having an unmedicated birth?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Unmedicated birth: If this is your first baby, don't set to many "rules" for yourself. There is not much to do ahead of time to make things go better. Stay active, stay in shape and don't gain excessive weight (some weight gain is necessary!) pain meds and the epidural are perfectly safe for you and your baby. You can do without them- certainly been done for years. But don't rule them out. There ok.
