I've had a c-sesection with my first child, with i have to have another with my second child?

C-section: Not necessarily, but it does depend a lot on why you needed a c-section with your first child and what type of incision was made to the uterus. A trial of labor following an initial c-section is the preferred way to go unless there are clear reasons not to attempt it. Discuss this with your obstetrician.

Not necessarily: It depends on the reason for the first c-section. If your pelvis is small for the size of the baby, then you'll need another surgery but if you had a c-section because your baby was in trouble, your obgyn doctor and you should discuss the possibility of having a normal vaginal delivery. Maternal health is another concern that plays a role regarding that decision. Talk to your doctor.
