Very rarely: Class 3: risk of interaction appears small relative to typical benefits of concomitant use effect: a low daily dose of Fluconazole (50 mg/day) does not appear to affect blood levels of ethinyl estradiol. Or levonorgestrel. Based on multiple studies, there is a net increase in ethinyl Estradiol and Levonorgestrel levels. Individual women had decreases in blood levels of ethinyl Estradiol and levono.
