Few cycles with med.: If you get back on the pills, 2-3 cycles is the usual period of time to get you regular. Without the pill, you likely won't be regular because you were not so during your teenhood. So, if u want the regularity, consult doc to possibly going back to the pills. Congrats on the baby! he/she may soon need a brother/sister to play with :-) good luck.
