Unlikely MI: Mi in a premenopausal female your age is very unlikely unless you have an incredibly strong family history or lots of risk factors. There are other diagnoses to consider such as pulmonary embolism or pneumothorax and you should at least go to the doctor for an ekg and chest xray. Best case scenario - it's just muscle pain. :).
