How to fix ridges in my nail?

Depends on direction: If the ridges are horizontal (directed toward the sides of your feet), they will usually grow out with the nail over time. If they are vertical (directed toward the front and back of the foot) they can be permanent. I recommend you see a dermatologist for further evaluation.
