Shouldn't: This is December. You must be in reasonable shape and completing 4 runs per week of at least 2 - 4 miles for the last 3 - 4 weeks before starting a 16 week plan. Unless you are walking it or run/walking it there is insufficient time. Check with running clubs / coaches. See runners world site for more info. Pick a later one and allow yourself sufficient training time.
