What to do if one of my eyes feels like there is something in it, but there isnt..?

Dry eye can : cause you to have the sensation of something in your eye. Of course, if there is something there, it could be too small for you to see, or its hiding underneath your eyelid. An eye doctor can look with a microscope too see if there is a foreign body or if it is just dry eyes. Good luck.
