Try it: Worth a try. Will need to do this for at least six weeks for optimum results. This usually does not solve the problem for my patients. Good luck.

Possibly but...: taking the supplement should be fine, but much better, if possible, to try and get to the source of your issue and treat accordingly- physical therapy, exercises, mouthpieces, etc.
