Need specific...: To me, the question is not specific for answering to the point. Generally, the stone-related pain is caused by local tissue irritation and blockage of urine flow, and typically characterized with its erratic degree, duration, and interval of sudden-onset pain on the same side with radiating pain to groin and genital region of the same side as it moves through ureter hopefully into the bladder.
