Depends: Although one may prefer to collect semen at home, it shouldn't matter where the test is done, as long as the laboratory is authentic and use standard equipment. Time between collection and analysis is important and shouldn't generally exceed 60 minutes for more accurate assessment of count and vitality estimation. Good luck!
