Time For Crochet: First, change your grip and/or back off for a while (if you're a golfer). Or whatever activity that's contributing, back off for a while. Then try Advil (ibuprofen) or Motrin and a forearm counter-brace (it will take the stress off the elbow). And intermittent icing. If, after about 2-3 weeks, that doesn't help much, go see an orthopedist who specializes in this sort of thing, like a sports medicine doc.
