Girlfriend is bleeding after anal sex, what to do?

Nothing initially: Provided the bleeding only amounts to a small amount, such as a few drops on toilet paper, there is not much to do. Anal sex is obviously traumatic to the delicate anal and rectal tissues, so small lacerations/abrasions may result. The bleeding should subside, but if not, or if pain persists, please see a physician for an examination.
